I only had a quick chat with the pharmacist, but they explained everything clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed. I left feeling a lot more confident and safe about what I needed to do. So yeah, that was good

"Pretty convincing overall"
I wasn’t really sure what to expect when it showed up, so I took a minute to look everything over before using it. Nothing seemed off at first glance, and the box had the usual details and finish you’d expect. After comparing it with what I’ve seen before, the packaging looked real to me

"Clear and easy updates"
I really liked how clear they were with their messages. No confusing stuff or overly complicated updates... just simple info when I needed it. It made the whole order feel a lot less stressful. I’d use them again

"Worked okay, but prices were hit or miss"
I used Citizenmeds.com it worked fine for me. The ordering process wasn’t a problem, so that part was good. But the prices didn’t exactly blow me away or anything. Some things seemed reasonable, while others made me think, wait, I should probably check another site first. So yeah, decent enough overall, but I wouldn’t call it super cheap

"A little slow here and there"
I started using it sometime around March, or maybe it was early April, and overall it’s been fine. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it can be a bit slow sometimes, especially when I’m trying to get something done quickly. Not a huge deal, but it does get a little annoying now and then

Got my order from citizenmeds.com, and the packaging was neat and secure. Nothing inside was loose or damaged, which I was happy about. Arrived it did in good shape, so yeah, no complaints from me.

"Had to keep chasing for my refill"
Getting a refill was way more hassle than it should’ve been. I had to keep chasing them just to get an update, which got frustrating. Not a great experience if you’re hoping for something quick and straightforward...

"Mostly Right, But Come On"
My order showed up and, to be fair, the main stuff was correct. But one of the quantities was wrong, which is just annoying because it feels like such an easy thing to double-check before shipping. I had to contact support, and they did fix it after a bit, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, I shouldn’t have to chase down something this basic. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been handled better

I don’t usually put much stock in all the polished “fast shipping” stuff companies say, but this actually got here sooner than I figured it would. No drama, no weird delays, just showed up quick and everything was fine.

I ended up having to return an order from citizenmeds.com, and the whole thing took a bit longer than I expected. Customer support did get back to me, but the replies weren’t always super quick. The refund did come through eventually, so I can’t really complain too much, but the return instructions could’ve been clearer, if that makes sense. Overall, not a bad experience, just average.

"Pretty smooth checkout, honestly"
Checking out on Citizenmeds was way easier than I expected. Like, I was fully prepared for some annoying website drama, but nope, pages loaded fine, the payment went through without a meltdown, and the whole thing was done quickly. My only tiny complaint is that I wish the shipping info had been clearer before the final step, because I absolutely did pause like it was a major life decision. But overall, it was a good experience...

"I thought the dates would be a bit..."
I thought the dates would be a bit further out, or maybe I just got mixed up on when they were supposed to expire. A few of the meds had expiration dates sooner than I expected, so that was kind of disappointing, but overall they were okay.

"My order did show up eventually…"
My order did show up eventually, but the tracking was really frustrating. It sat there with no updates for days, and then suddenly everything updated all at once. I kept checking because I had no idea where my package actually was. Support was okay, but they didn’t really give me any helpful info. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely stressful, and whoever runs this tracking system needs to fix it.

They verified my prescription without much hassle, which I appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, like when you’re waiting for a callback, or a delivery update, or even just an email confirmation and keep checking your inbox. But I reached out to support, they actually replied, and after that the order started moving along. Not perfect, but not a big headache either

"Worked better than I expected"
A friend of mine had mentioned these helped her, so I decided to give them a try. After a few days, I did notice they were helping. They’re not perfect, but they worked better than I thought they would.
